Volvo 240 overhead grab-handle screw cover caps (set of 4)

These screw cover caps are printed to order in heat- and UV-resistant ASA and sold as a set of four. They are intended to cover the mounting screws of the overhead grab handles where the original caps have gone brittle and broken off.

Intended for

The design is based on a cap made for the overhead grab handles of the Volvo 240 series, and the designer reports fitting them to their own car. One parts seller lists similar caps for 240 models from 1975 to 1993. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Count the uncovered screws on your grab handles before ordering, as each order contains four caps, and compare an original cap if you have one. If you are unsure, message us with your car's model year and clear photos of a grab handle and its mounting screws, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Please message us before ordering if you need to know how the caps are held on. After fitting, check that each cap is held firmly. A loose cap could fall from the roof area while you are driving, so remove any cap that does not stay in place and message us.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Black ASA, which is heat- and UV-resistant, is used for the caps. Caps for these handles are also sold in other colours, such as white; ours are printed in black only, so they may not match your interior. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
