This repair piece is printed to order in tough PETG. It is intended for the heater control on Volvo 940 models without air conditioning, where the heater knob no longer does anything. It is a repair piece only, not a complete knob or control unit.

Intended for

The design is based on a repair piece the designer made for the heater control (regulator) of the Volvo 940 without air conditioning (non-AC). The designer gives no further fitting details. We have not yet confirmed the fit on this model.

It is not intended for cars with air conditioning.

Check the fit

Check that your car is a Volvo 940 without air conditioning, and compare your heater control with the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your car model and year and clear photos of the heater control, and of the broken part if you have removed it, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The designer does not describe how the piece is fitted, so please message us before ordering if you need to know how it goes into your heater control. Fit it with the car parked, and check that the heater control turns and works as intended before driving.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the repair piece, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
