Delivery

  • Where we deliver: UK addresses only.
  • How: Royal Mail Tracked 24, £3.99 per order.
  • When: every part is printed to order. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), and Royal Mail Tracked 24 usually delivers 1–2 working days after that.
  • Tracking: we’ll email you a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or tracking shows a problem, email us and we’ll chase it with Royal Mail and resend or refund if it’s lost.

Changed your mind? 14-day returns

You can cancel your order and return an unused item within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason.

  1. Email orders@maydeforyou.com with your order number and the item you’re returning. You can also use the model cancellation form below.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original packaging, to the address we give you.
  3. We’ll refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back (or of you showing proof of postage, if sooner), to your original payment method.

For change-of-mind returns you pay the cost of sending the item back. Please use a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t reach us. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used or damaged beyond what’s needed to check it.

Exception: parts we make specially to your own measurements or specification (for example through a Request a part enquiry) can’t be returned for a change of mind, unless they’re faulty or not as agreed.

Faulty, damaged or doesn’t fit?

If your part arrives damaged or faulty, or doesn’t fit a model it’s listed for, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we’ll pay reasonable return postage. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
