Porsche 944/924S early dash centre speaker grille cover

This replacement dashboard centre speaker grille cover is printed to order in heat- and UV-resistant ASA. It is the grille cover only – not the speaker or dashboard – and is intended to replace a grille that has cracked or faded on a sun-baked dash top.

What you get

• One replacement centre speaker grille cover in heat- and UV-resistant ASA.
• Grille cover only: the speaker, dashboard and any fixings are not included.
• Check your dashboard style before ordering.

Intended for

The design is based on a centre speaker grille made for the early Porsche 944 and the 924S. The designer fitted it to their own 924S and described the fit as pretty good. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Model years matter: sellers of used original grilles list them for 924 and 944 cars across different year ranges, and the later 944 dashboard (from around 1985.5) may use a different grille.

Check the fit

Compare your original grille and the shape of your dashboard before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your car's model and year, and clear photos of the dash-top grille and the speaker opening, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Fit the grille carefully and check that it is seated securely before driving, so that it cannot come loose or move while the car is in use.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Heat- and UV-resistant ASA is used for the grille, in black. The original grille was made in black or brown; ours is printed in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.

Made to order

Each grille is printed after you order. See the delivery section for the current dispatch estimate and postage options.
