Volvo 240 window-winder handle cover (pack of 2)

This pack of two replacement window-winder handle covers is printed to order in ASA, a heat- and UV-resistant material. The cover clips over the screw in the centre of the winder handle and is intended to replace one that is lost or broken. They are covers only – the handle and screw are not included.

What you get

Intended for

The design is based on a 3D scan of a window-winder handle cover for the Volvo 240, and the designer reports trying it on a Volvo 244 DL. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Compare your winder handle with the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your car model and year and clear photos of the winder handle, including the centre where the cover sits, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Check that the handle screw is tight before fitting. The cover is held by two hooks: push it on without forcing it, then check it is held securely and the window winder still turns freely.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. ASA, a heat- and UV-resistant material, is used for the covers, in black. Ours are printed in black, which may differ from your interior trim. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
