Zoo Med ReptiBreeze door turn latches with handle (pack of 2)

This pack of two replacement door latches is printed to order in heat- and UV-resistant ASA. Each is a turn latch with a handle, intended to replace the small plastic screw-style latch and to make the door easier to open.

What you get

• Two replacement turn latches with handles in heat- and UV-resistant ASA.
• Latches only: the enclosure and any bolts, nuts, washers or other fixings are not included.
• Fitting may involve drilling – see FITTING below.

Intended for

The design is based on a door latch made for the Zoo Med ReptiBreeze enclosure. The designer did not say which enclosure size it was made for. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Look at your current latch and its mounting hole before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your enclosure size and clear photos of the door latch and its mounting hole, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The designer fitted the latch by drilling out the existing hole and using a bolt with a nylon lock nut, so fitting may involve drilling your enclosure. Bolts and nuts are not included; please message us before ordering if you need to know which fixings are required.

Check that the door closes and latches securely before animals go back in the enclosure, and check the latch regularly after that.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Heat- and UV-resistant ASA is used for the latches, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
