Exo Terra top-frame clip-on light mount clip (pack of 2)

This pack of two light mount clips is printed to order in ASA, a heat- and UV-resistant material. Each clip sits on the plastic top frame and gives a clip-on light somewhere to attach. They are an accessory rather than a replacement for an existing part, and the vivarium and light are not included.

What you get

• Two clip-on light mount clips in ASA, both printed from the same design.
• Clips only: the vivarium, top frame, mesh lid, lamp and bulb are not included, and no screws or other fixings are supplied.

Intended for

The design is based on a light mount clip made for the top frame of an 18 x 18 x 24 in (45 x 45 x 60 cm) Exo Terra vivarium. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Other Exo Terra sizes may use a different top frame, and we have not checked them.

Check the fit

Compare your top frame with the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your vivarium size and clear photos of the top frame edge where the clip would sit, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Fit the clip to the top frame before attaching the light, and check that it holds the light securely so it cannot fall into the vivarium. Keep the bulb and lamp shade clear of the clip, and follow your lamp maker's instructions for mounting and ventilation. Check the clip from time to time while the lamp is in use.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. ASA, a heat- and UV-resistant material, is used for the clips, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.

Made to order

Each pair is printed after you order. See the delivery section for the current dispatch estimate and postage options.
