Casio Casiotone MT-240 battery compartment cover (single)

This replacement battery compartment cover is printed to order in tough PETG. It is intended to replace a battery cover that is missing or broken. It is the cover only – the keyboard and batteries are not included.

Intended for

The design is based on a battery compartment cover the designer measured and made for his Casio Casiotone MT-240 keyboard. The designer expects it to work with the MT-105, MT-205 and MT-820 as well. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

The designer gives the cover's main dimensions as 79.5 mm x 33.7 mm; please compare these with your battery compartment before ordering. If you are unsure, message us with your keyboard model and clear photos of the empty battery compartment, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The cover is held closed by a latch. Fit it gently without forcing the latch, and check that it stays closed and holds the batteries in place before use.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the cover, in black. Ours is printed in black, which may differ from the colour of your keyboard. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
