Gakken SX-150 knob adapters (5)

This set of five knob adapters is printed to order in tough PETG. They are adapters for the recessed control shafts – knobs are not included – and are intended for synths whose original extended-shaft knobs have fallen off or been lost.

What you get

• Five recessed-shaft knob adapters in black PETG.
• Adapters only: knobs and the synth are not included.
• Knob suitability is being confirmed – see the fit check below.

Intended for

The design is based on an adapter made for the original Gakken SX-150 analogue synthesiser (the 2008 kit with five knobs). We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

This part is not intended for the SX-150 Mark II; fit on that version has not been established.

Check the fit

Check that you have the original SX-150 before ordering, and check that the knobs you plan to use suit the adapter. If you are unsure, contact us with a photo of the synth's front panel and a close photo of one of the recessed shafts, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Press each adapter on gently and do not force it: fitting should not strain or damage the control shaft. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know which knobs are suitable.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough black PETG is used for the adapters. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
