Savic Pet Caddy door hinges (pair)

These replacement door hinges are printed to order in flexible TPU and sold as a pair. They are intended to replace broken hinges on a Savic Pet Caddy pet carrier.

What you get

• Two replacement door hinges in flexible TPU.
• Hinges only: the pet carrier, its door, closure clips and any fixings are not included.
• A carrier holds a live animal – see FITTING below.

Intended for

The design is based on hinges made for the Savic Pet Caddy pet carrier, and the designer reports fitting them to their own carrier. Another seller reports similar hinges for the Pet Caddy I, Pet Caddy II and Caddy Compact. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Compare your broken hinges with the photos before ordering, and check that it is the hinge, not the door closure, that you need to replace. If you are unsure, message us with your carrier model and clear photos of the door, the broken hinge and where it attaches, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Please message us before ordering if you need to know how the hinges attach.

Before using the carrier, check that the door opens and closes properly, stays securely shut and is held firmly by the hinges. Check the hinges regularly for splits or wear, and do not carry an animal in the carrier if a hinge is loose or damaged.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Flexible TPU is used for the hinges, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
