Slider Cover Repair Set for Beyerdynamic DT 770 / DT 880 / DT 990

Replace cracked headband slider covers on classic Beyerdynamic DT 770, DT 880 and DT 990 headphones. This four-piece set provides two matching pairs of outer cover halves.

What you get

Four black 3D-printed cover halves, enough to replace the covers on both sides of one compatible headphone. Reuse your original internal slider inserts and screws. Headphones, internal mechanisms, screws and tools are not included.

Compatibility

Based on the creator's design for the classic DT 770 / DT 770 PRO, DT 880 / DT 880 PRO and DT 990 / DT 990 PRO models with screw-fastened slider covers. Compare your existing covers with the gallery before ordering. This listing does not cover screwless Edition versions, PRO X, DT 1770 or DT 1990 models. Compatibility follows the published design; MAYDE has not independently fit-tested these covers.

Fitting

Retain the original screws and internal adjustment inserts when removing the broken covers. Transfer the inserts, align the two halves around each slider and refit the original screws. Tighten gently without overtightening. These covers do not replace a missing or damaged internal adjustment mechanism.

Material and finish

Black PETG, made to order by MAYDE with visible 3D-print layer lines. Appearance may vary slightly from the illustrations. Keep away from high heat.
