Logitech G430/G930/F540 hinge set

This replacement hinge set is printed to order in tough PETG. It includes a casing and a cap for each side – four parts in all – and is intended to replace hinges that have snapped at their well-known weak spot.

What you get

• One hinge set in black PETG: a casing and a cap for the left side and for the right side (four parts).
• Hinge parts only: the headset, screws and nuts are not included.
• The design is made to reuse your headset's original screws – see FITTING below.

Intended for

The design is based on a hinge made for the Logitech G430, G930 and F540 headsets. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Other sellers list the same hinge family for the G230, G231, G332 and G432, and one seller warns of fit issues on some G430 and G230 units. We have not checked these reports.

Compare your original hinges before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your headset model and clear photos of the broken hinge, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The designer made the hinge to reuse the headset's original screws. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know exactly which fixings are required. The hinge carries the headband's load: after fitting, check it flexes smoothly and the screws hold firmly, and stop using it if it cracks or works loose.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough black PETG is used for the hinge parts. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
