Husqvarna Viking 6000-series sewing machine hand wheel

This replacement hand wheel is printed to order in tough PETG. It is the hand wheel only – the knob that engages the drive dogs – and is intended to replace a broken original.

What you get

• One replacement hand wheel in PETG.
• Hand wheel only: the two metal clips that hold it, the sewing machine and any other parts are not included.

Intended for

The design is based on a hand wheel made for a Husqvarna Viking 6440, and the designer reports it for other Husqvarna Viking 6000-series machines. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Compare your original hand wheel with the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your machine's model number and clear photos of the hand wheel, including the side that faces the machine, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The hand wheel is held by two metal clips, which are not included. The designer reports that it pushes on without removing any covers. Please contact us before ordering if you need to know more about the clips.

The hand wheel turns with the machine. After fitting, check it is held securely and run the machine slowly at first before sewing at full speed.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. PETG (tough) is used for the hand wheel. Colour: black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
