Lid clasps for Apple II, II Plus and IIe — pair

Two replacement clasps for the removable top lid on an Apple II-family computer. Intended to replace cracked or missing clasps that leave the lid lifting or sliding.

Model and fit

The design is based on a lid clasp made for the Apple II, Apple II Plus and Apple IIe. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check before ordering

Fit has not been confirmed on each model. Screw-hole and no-hole variants exist; the correct supplied variant and fixings need to be settled.

Compare your original clasps, or the mounting points inside the case, before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your computer model and clear photos of the lid and the clasp positions, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

The designer offers versions of the clasp with and without screw holes, and we are still confirming which suits each case. Please contact us before ordering if your original clasps are held with screws, or if you need to know exactly which fixings are required. After fitting, check that the lid sits and holds as intended.

Material and finish

Black ASA. Fine layer lines are a normal part of a 3D-printed surface. The images are illustrative renders; they do not establish the final printed finish.
