- The design is based on a coupling made for the Kärcher SE 2 Car carpet cleaner (now discontinued). We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model. One retailer lists the same suction hose for the SE 2, SE 5.100 and SE 6.100, but it has not been confirmed that these machines share this coupling. It is not intended for the SE 2 Spot Care.

Fitting
This coupling is for the suction hose connection only. It does not replace the spray or water-feed connection, which must stay as supplied with your machine, and it must not be used on any pressurised connection.
After fitting, check that it latches securely, stays in place and does not leak air. Resistance to cleaning detergents has not yet been tested, and the flexible release latch is the most stressed part of the design, so check it for cracks from time to time.
Material & finish
Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the coupling, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
