Revox PR99 MK II / B77 MK II control knob inserts (set of 4)

This set of four replacement control knob inserts is printed to order in tough PETG. The designer made them because the original inserts become brittle with age and fall apart. They are inserts only – your existing knob bodies are needed, and the tape deck is not included.

What you get

• Inserts only: the knob bodies, the tape deck and any adhesive or other fixings are not included.

Intended for

The design is based on a knob insert made for the Revox PR99 MK II and B77 MK II. The designer reports that it was modelled to the original sizes. It has been suggested that the Revox B780 may use a similar insert, but this is unconfirmed. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Check the fit

Compare your knobs and what remains of the old inserts before ordering. The designer notes that the insert may need a small size adjustment depending on the material it is printed in, and we are still checking this for our PETG print. If you are unsure, message us with your machine model and clear photos of a knob and an old insert, so we can help identify what you need.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the inserts, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
