Intended for
The design is based on a button cap the designer made for their own Zanussi TDE 4224 tumble dryer after the original cap broke. Other TDE-series dryers may use the same cap, but this has not been checked. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.
Check the fit
Compare your broken button cap with the photos before ordering. If you have a different model or you are unsure, message us with your dryer's model number and clear photos of the control panel and the broken button, so we can help identify what you need.
Fitting
Switch off and unplug the dryer before fitting the cap. The cap replaces the broken button cap only; do not open the appliance or remove any panels to fit it.
After fitting, check that the button presses and springs back freely and that the dryer's controls work normally before use.
Material & finish
Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the button caps, in black. Our caps are printed in black, which may not match the colour of your dryer's controls. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
