Replace the plastic cam-stack gear around the original metal sleeve in a compatible vintage Husqvarna Viking sewing machine.

What you get

One printed original-version cam-stack gear, in black PLA. Metal sleeve/shaft, retainers, other hardware, sewing machine and tools are not included. Reuse the serviceable original metal parts.

Compatibility

Husqvarna Viking 2000 / 6000-series machines using the original 4111595-01 cam-stack arrangement. Match the existing gear and metal sleeve before ordering; not a universal Viking gear. Compatibility follows the published design; MAYDE has not independently fit-tested this part.

Fitting

This original-version design requires transfer onto the original metal shaft/sleeve and subsequent adjustment of the reverse and zigzag cam followers. This is an internal service repair for a competent sewing-machine technician, not a complete drop-in cam-stack assembly. Unplug the machine before servicing and check movement by hand after reassembly before applying power.

Black PLA, made to order by MAYDE with visible 3D-print layer lines. Appearance may vary slightly from the illustrations.
