Thorens TD 1xx dust cover hinges (pair)

These replacement dust cover hinges are printed to order in heat- and UV-resistant ASA. They are hinges only and are intended to replace original plastic hinges that have cracked at the spring clip or pin.

What you get

• Two replacement dust cover hinges in ASA.
• Hinges only: the dust cover, the turntable and any screws or springs are not included.

Intended for

The design is based on a hinge reported for Thorens TD 145, TD 160, TD 165, TD 166 and TD 166 Mk II turntables. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

The source design is titled for the TD 125, which is not among the models reported above, and one report notes that not every Thorens variant could be tested.

Check the fit

Compare your original hinges with the photos before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us with your turntable model and clear photos of a hinge, including where it meets the plinth and the lid, so we can help identify what you need.

Fitting

Please contact us before ordering if you need to know which screws, pins or springs your hinges use. After fitting, check that the lid opens, closes and stays up as intended before regular use.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. ASA (heat- and UV-resistant) is used for the hinges. Colour: black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
