- The design is based on a winding handle the designer made for an older Gardena hose reel (described as a 100 ft reel) after the original handle broke. The reel model was not stated. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

- A set of four parts in heat- and UV-resistant ASA: handle body, handle axle, knob spindle and knob. Handle parts only: the hose reel, hose, screws and any other fixings are not included. The design is assembled with two M5 screws, which are not included – see FITTING below.

Check the fit

Fitting
The designer specifies two M5x0.8-16 screws or equivalent (not included), with M5 threads tapped into the axle and spindle to take them. Please message us before ordering to confirm how the parts will be supplied and which fixings you will need. After assembly, check the handle is held firmly and turns the reel smoothly before regular use.
Material & finish
Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Heat- and UV-resistant ASA is used for the handle parts, printed in black. This may differ from the colour of your original. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
