Silver Reed colour changer tension mast stand (table-clamped)

This tension mast stand is printed to order in tough PETG. The designer made it as a more stable alternative because the original rack hole does not work very well. It must be secured to a table with a clamp, which is not included.

Intended for

The design is based on a stand made for use with a Silver Reed colour changer. The colour changer and knitting machine models were not stated. We have not yet confirmed the fit on each model.

Fitting

The stand must be secured to your table with a clamp, which is not included. The designer notes that the part is under stress and is loaded in different directions. After fitting, check that the stand is held firmly and the mast does not move before you start knitting.

Material & finish

Printed to order in our workshop in Great Dunmow, Essex. Tough PETG is used for the stand, in black. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printed finish.
